How much does a session cost?+
€100 per hour. Every service, every session. Fermentation workshops run 2.5 hours (€250) and include all supplies.
Do you offer sessions in English?+
Yes. All sessions are conducted entirely in English. We serve the English-speaking expat and retiree community in Marina Baixa. No language barriers, no translation needed.
Where do sessions take place?+
We serve clients in Altea, Albir, and Benidorm. Sessions can be at your home, a mutually agreed location, or online. Home visits are available across the Marina Baixa region.
I'm not "spiritual." Is this for me?+
Absolutely. Many clients come for the physical benefits of yoga, the gut health of fermentation, or the practical clarity of coaching. You set the intention, we meet you there.
How do I book?+

Is this a replacement for medical care?+
No. Our services are complementary wellness practices, not medical treatment. We always encourage clients to maintain their relationship with their healthcare provider. Holistic wellness works alongside conventional care, not instead of it.
I've just retired and moved to Spain. Can you help with the transition?+
Yes, this is one of our specialties. Holistic life coaching is designed for people navigating major life transitions like retirement and relocation. Many of our clients came to Marina Baixa for a new chapter and found grounding through the practice.
Do you offer gift sessions for friends or family?+
Yes. A private Reiki, yoga, or coaching session makes a meaningful gift for someone settling into life in Marina Baixa. Contact us to arrange a gift voucher.
